PanelReady for hiring

Interview more candidates without multiplying interviewer hours.

Run structured first-round interviews, review consistent candidate responses, and focus deeper human interviews on the candidates most relevant to the role.

Structured evaluation, human decisions. Same-day reply during business hours (US & IN).

The bottleneck

Human interview time is your scarcest hiring resource.

Lean teams can't run detailed first rounds with every applicant — so first rounds get skipped, rushed, or handed to whoever has a free hour. The result is thin evidence and inconsistent calls, exactly where consistency matters most.

First rounds eat your best people's week

Founders and senior staff repeating the same 30-minute screen, twenty times per role.

Resumes are thin evidence

A one-page summary can't tell you how a candidate actually communicates, reasons, or handles a follow-up.

Inconsistent first rounds are noisy

Different interviewers, different questions, different moods — candidates aren't seen on the same terms.

Good candidates slip past busy calendars

When interview slots are scarce, whoever's easiest to schedule gets seen — not whoever's strongest.

How it works

Structured first rounds. Human final calls.

  1. Step 1 of 5

    Define the role and criteria

Set up the role with your own questions and rubrics, or start from PanelReady's role catalog and the job description.

  2. Step 2 of 5

    Invite candidates

Candidates receive an invitation and complete the interview in the browser — after explicit consent, on their own schedule.

  3. Step 3 of 5

    Structured first-round interviews

Every candidate gets the same structured interview, with adaptive follow-ups that probe what they actually said.

  4. Step 4 of 5

    Review consistent evidence

Per-dimension evaluations that quote the candidate's own answers, with transcripts and recordings — plus integrity context for the session.

  5. Step 5 of 5

    Your team decides

Mark outcomes and take the candidates worth deeper conversation to the next stage. PanelReady never decides for you.

What your team gets

AI for first-round capacity. Humans for judgment.

Interview more candidates consistently

Every applicant gets the same structured first-round opportunity — not just the ones who fit the calendar.

Reduce repetitive interviewer workload

Stop spending skilled interviewer hours repeating the same first-round script.

Review richer candidate evidence

Move beyond resume-only filtering: read and hear how candidates actually respond, with evaluations that quote their answers.

Standardize the first round

Consistent questions and criteria per role, so candidate responses are comparable when your team reviews them.

Focus human interviews

Spend human time on deeper evaluation and final judgment — the part only your team can do.

The candidate experience

Candidates get a fair, professional first round.

A first-round interview is many candidates' first impression of your company. PanelReady keeps it respectful: a clear invitation, explicit consent before any recording, and the same structured opportunity for everyone.

  • A clear invitation naming your organization and the role — candidates always know this is an employer-requested interview.
  • Runs in the browser, voice, chat, recorded, or video — no installs, completed on the candidate's own schedule.
  • Consent captured before any recording; a conversational interviewer that asks real follow-ups, not a quiz form.
  • Every candidate faces the same structured interview for the role — the fairness is in the consistency.

Private practice stays private

An individual's personal practice on PanelReady is a separate, private space — it is never automatically shared with employers. Hiring teams see only the interviews they explicitly invited the candidate to.

Responsible use

PanelReady supports structured evaluation. Your hiring team makes the decision.

  • Evaluations are structured input for human review — not objective truth, and not a validated prediction of job performance.
  • Reviewers can override or ignore any evaluation. Nothing in PanelReady auto-rejects a candidate.
  • We don't claim bias elimination. Consistent structure reduces first-round noise; judgment and accountability stay with your team.
  • Integrity signals are shown to reviewers as context — they inform human review, never automatic outcomes.

For recruiting & staffing agencies

Send clients candidates you've actually heard.

Agencies live on the consistency of what they send forward. Structured first-round interviews give every submission the same evidence behind it — before a client ever sees the profile.

  • Run the same structured first round for every candidate on a mandate.
  • Reuse role setups across similar mandates instead of rebuilding each time.
  • Attach real evidence to a submission: structured evaluation, transcript, recording.
  • Cut repetitive screening effort — spend recruiter time on the conversations that close.

Does PanelReady make hiring decisions?

No. PanelReady supports structured evaluation — consistent interviews, per-dimension evaluations quoting the candidate's answers, transcripts, and recordings. Your hiring team reviews the evidence, can override or ignore any evaluation, and makes every decision. Nothing is auto-rejected.

What does the AI evaluate?

Candidate responses against structured, role-specific criteria — either PanelReady's behaviorally anchored rubrics for the role, or your own questions and rubrics. Each dimension's evaluation quotes what the candidate actually said, so reviewers can check the reasoning, not just a number.

How should we interpret the scores?

As structured input for your review, not objective truth. Scores make first-round responses consistent and reviewable at scale; they are not a validated prediction of job performance, and we don't claim bias elimination. Use them to decide who gets deeper human interview time.

Can interviews be customized to our roles?

Yes. Organizations can define their own roles, questions, and rubrics, or tailor interviews from a job description. Interviews run in voice, chat, recorded, or video format.

Who sees candidate recordings and transcripts?

Reviewers in your organization, under your organization's access controls. You also control whether and how feedback is released to the candidate — for hiring rounds, the default is that scored output stays with your team.

How long is candidate data retained, and can it be deleted?

Consent is captured before any recording. Your organization configures its retention policy for interview data, interview audio auto-purges 30 days after upload, and deletion requests are honored. Candidate content is not used to train foundation models.

What integrity controls exist?

Session integrity signals — like tab switches and window focus changes — are logged and shown to reviewers as context alongside the interview. They inform human review; they never trigger automatic rejection.

Can we compare candidates side by side?

Your reviewers see the same structured report format for every candidate in a round, which makes responses comparable during review. PanelReady doesn't auto-rank or order candidates — comparison and judgment stay with your team.

Pilot with one role

Run one role through a structured first round.

What a pilot answers for you

  • Do invited candidates complete the interview?
  • Is the structured evidence useful in review?
  • Does it change who gets a deeper interview?
  • How much interviewer time does it recover?
  • What do candidates say about the experience?
  • Does your team trust the process enough to scale it?
