Mission
Most PM candidates over-rehearse the wrong things: scripts, frameworks they don't actually use, surface answers a real interviewer would interrupt. They miss the part that decides the call — how they handle the second and third follow-up, when the easy answer runs out.
PanelReady is the rehearsal you don't have to coordinate. A real voice interview at the level you're targeting, with adaptive follow-ups and feedback graded to the rubric for that exact bar. APM, Senior PM, Group PM, Director — each scored against what that role actually requires.

An APM and a Director are scored on different bars. The same answer earns different grades. We say the bar out loud so you know what you're rehearsing against.
Every dimension score quotes what you actually said. No hand-wavy 'good structure' — point to the sentence that earned it, or improve.
Bootcamps and MBA programs need realistic, repeatable mocks. We sell to them transparently, with rubrics and analytics, not pseudoscience.
