Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade applies immediately and prorates the difference. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then.
What happens to unused interviews?
They roll over within the same billing period. We never expire interviews you've already paid for in-period, and we never charge for ones you skip.
Do you offer local pricing?
Yes, Pro is priced regionally for eligible markets (we don't push US dollar pricing on candidates in countries with very different cost-of-living). Pricing surfaces in your local currency at checkout.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No — the Free plan IS the trial. One full live interview each month plus unlimited written practice. We don't bait-and-switch with 7-day trials that auto-charge.
How does Teams billing work?
It's priced to your program and invoiced per seat, quarterly or annually — contact us for a quote. Seats are pooled across the cohort; admins can re-assign them as people drop or join.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are generally final, but we issue refunds for technical issues, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and extended service downtime. See the full refund policy for the four exception scenarios and how to request one.
